Credits are non-refundable once used to redeem contact information. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. Credit prices are subject to change with notice.

All content on MediaList, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MediaList and protected by intellectual property laws. Downloaded contact data is licensed for your use only and may not be resold.

5. Limitation of Liability

MediaList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through our service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
