Send your Media List contacts to Webflow

Media List is a database of more than 1.5 million journalists, editors, producers, podcast hosts and creators. Media List for Webflow sends a saved list of journalists, editors and producers into a CMS collection on your Webflow site, one item per contact.

How it works

  1. Build and save a list in Media List.
  2. Open this page while signed in and connect Webflow.
  3. When Webflow asks, pick the site Media List may use and authorize the app.
  4. Pick a saved list and a site, then click Send. Each send creates a new collection named Media List plus your list name and a number.

What lands in Webflow

  • A new CMS collection on your site for the list, with one item per contact.
  • Fields for name, title, outlet, outlet website, location, type and topics.
  • Their email, once you have unlocked it in Media List. Otherwise the email status says it is locked.
  • Free Webflow sites have small CMS limits, so larger lists may need a paid site plan. Sending the same list again creates another collection.

Contacts you send stay in your own Webflow CMS for your team to use. Our terms (section 7) do not allow publishing or sharing exported contact data, so do not publish these collections on a public page.

Plans and privacy

Sending lists to Webflow needs a Media List plan. Plans start at $99 a month when billed monthly and include a 3-day trial. Starting the trial needs a card or PayPal, and billing begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel before day 3. Media List can only use the Webflow site you choose when Webflow asks.
