Media List for Pipedrive turns any saved list into Pipedrive contacts in one click, so you can track pitches, follow-ups and press relationships in the same pipeline as the rest of your business.

How it works

Build and save a list in Media List.
Open this page while signed in and connect your Pipedrive account.
Pick a saved list.
Click Send to Pipedrive.

What lands in Pipedrive

One person per contact, linked to an organization for their outlet.
A note on each person with their title, outlet, location, type and topics.
Their email, once you have unlocked it in Media List.
Sending the same list again adds only the new people. Anyone already in Pipedrive, by email or by name at the same outlet, is skipped.

Plans and privacy

Sending lists to Pipedrive needs a Media List plan. Plans start at $99 a month when billed monthly and include a 3-day trial. Starting the trial needs a card or PayPal, and billing begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel before day 3. Media List asks Pipedrive for access to contacts so it can add people and organizations. You can disconnect Pipedrive at any time from this page.
