I’m Levi, a calisthenics athlete, coach and now also physiotherapist :) I started my overall fitness journey like 7 years ago 😂 for 2 years I trained the traditional bodybuilding style but didn’t get very far. It also wasn’t for me. Then 5 years ago I started calisthenics! I found my passion in the statics and in teaching others. That’s what I still do and love today 🙏🏻 I’m trying to help as many as I can with my content and grow this sport back into its glory!
