Strong By Choice, is our motto. Training Day started its first gym in 2012 at Melbourne Australia. Too often, we settle for unfulfilled and unchallenging lives. We believe an antidote for this is training; by intentionally placing ourselves in the position of challenge, is the single best way of preparing to be in that position unintentionally. Strong isn’t an appearance, nor is it a destination. It lies in the decisions we make daily. Strong is determination, strong is kindness, and empathy. Strong is ignoring the path of least resistance, and doing what's right by your heart. Being strong is a choice. Our passion turned into a brand, and our gyms became a hub for like minded people.
