I am the Director of Ghosh Research Innovation & Development (GRID), a research and development organization working toward diverse, safe, and professionalized state legislatures through intersectional approaches. GRID was born after a Pivotal Ventures commissioned project where I co-authored a landscape analysis of the barriers faced by women legislators in the US. The insights gained from this research highlighted the pressing need for innovative solutions in state legislatures, ultimately leading to the formation of this organization.
