I’m an Irish writer who has carved a career out of a lifelong obsession with food and words. As restaurant critic for Food and Wine Magazine and an assessor for Georgina Campbell's Ireland Guide, I’ve served as a judge at their national awards and spent more than six years traversing the country on their behalf, visiting dozens of restaurants, hotels and cafés along the way.
