Hey, new friend.I´m Mallorey. Art teacher of 15+ years of experience in the classroom- mostly with middle and high school ages. I´m a blogger, curriculum designer, coffee and tea enthusiast and love to share all of my resources and experiences with other educators. I hope my little corner of the internet can help you with | I´m so happy you´re here. My Art Story I´m Mallorey and for as long as I can remember, I have loved making art. I specifically remember in elementary school struggling with a severe speech impediment and it created a variety of struggles as a child in school. Drawing gave me a space to run to whenever I was feeling overwhelmed or anxious. It allowed me to be expressive while also making some really cool friends in the process. Some of my favorite memories growing up involve me watching classic 90s cartoons and movies with my friends, surrounded by a sea of Crayola markers and colored pencils as we draw our favorite anime characters ( Sailor Moon especially!).
