Our Story You may be wondering about our name. “Seven Mile Road” comes from a great story in the Bible (Luke 24) where two men are traveling a seven mile journey to a village called Emmaus. They begin this trek downcast and filled with questions about Jesus. Along the way, unknown to them, they actually encounter the Risen Christ. As they continue walking this road together, Jesus begins to show them the Scriptures and how it all points to Him. In the end, these men who were filled with doubt now
