OUR STORY… Inspired by their love of travel and extraordinary location, the Mactaggart family are proud to introduce ‘Tiny Home Borders’. David is a former ‘Sheep Farmer of the Year’ winner and, as well as winning conservation awards, concentrates on running the farm operation with Claire and Sarah. David has been at Hallrule Farm most of his life, on what was a family estate, ‘Wells estate’ which was owned by the Usher family. David was lucky enough to buy his farm in 1996 and in 2016 he and wife Claire were able to buy Billerwell next door from a retiring farmer.
