We landed in Germany for the first time way back in 1990…Aaron to spend Christmas with a friend’s family and Cate to spend a year living with a German family and attending a local high school. Since then, Germany has been a constant in our lives. Cate lived there off and on while earning a PhD in German Applied Linguistics, and both of us have traveled alllllllll over the country…because we won’t be satisfied until we visit every castle, try every beer, ride every alpine coaster, walk on every beach, visit every museum, and experience everything beautiful Germany has to offer! We’ve traveled all over the world…and Germany is where we return to time and time again
