The Houston Business and Tax Law Journal (“HBTLJ”) is a student-run academic publication dedicated to scholarly research in the fields of business, tax, and corporate law. The Journal publishes one volume annually, comprising two or three issues. Each issue contains articles written by journal members and practitioners, including law professors, judges, and practicing attorneys. These articles are selected to serve the academic interests of students and professionals within the national legal community.
