About Us We are Anderson Performance Heat and Air. We are a locally owned family company located in Edgewater, FL. Our company is owned and operated by Tim, Nathan, Jason, and Stephen Anderson. We are lifelong residents of Southeast Volusia County and, as a result, have a strong commitment to this community and the people who live here.
