About Us About Hi and welcome to Butterfly Kids Yoga! My name is Ali and I started Butterfly Kids Yoga in 2016. Since our very first class, my goal has been to offer kids and families a healthy, mindful way to enjoy movement, mindfulness, fun, creativity, exercise and calm -- all in one. An activity that would compliment a child's youth sport schedule, help them better mentally focus in school, provide them an outlet for exercise and stretching, or maybe simply to allow them to feel confident, healthy and calm. The very first Butterfly Kids Yoga class consisted of 7 kids and no one had ever taken
