Hi, I’m Samantha I started my photography journey in Japan back in 2018. At the time, my husband was a Navy fighter pilot and we were living on a military base in Iwakuni. I was looking for something to do while he was deployed so I started my business on a whim. I had no idea how much I would love being a photographer or how my business would grow in the years to come but I was grateful for the chance to be creative. In 2020, I learned how to photograph on medium format film which I have been using ever since. In 2021, I moved my business back to San Francisco and spent the next few years building it up.
