About Us Hi, we’re Jason and Alpana Beiser. We live in Fort Pierce, Sunny Florida’s secret gem, nestled on the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic ocean, with our son, Noah. Together, we’re the team behind GypsyPlate, and specialize in cuisines from all over the world. What you are going to find here is a big mix of cuisines. Classic American comfort foods like Shrimp and Grits , flavor packed Latin dishes such as Birria Tacos , Asian delights like Nasi Goreng , my own Indian dishes I grew up on including Chicken Masala , and everything in between. All of our recipes are tested and designed to be easy to cook, even for novice cooks.
