This blog is written by Emma, who left the UK for Copenhagen in 2009 with her ever patient husband and (then) two small children. * Having enjoyed a couple of years of the Scandi lifestyle (and at times extreme weather conditions), Emma and her family found they enjoyed Expat life so much that they moved on to Munich for a “little while”. Here they enjoyed mangling yet another language, immersing themselves in traditional Bavarian culture (and of course the bier halls!), and enjoying some of the most magnificent scenery in Europe right on their doorstep.
