About the Office The Spanish government, through the Embassy of Spain in London and its Office for Cultural and Scientific Affairs, promotes Spanish culture and science in the United Kingdom. This Office is led by Mr. José María Robles Fraga , Minister-Counsellor for Cultural and Scientific Affairs. Prior to this role, Mr. Robles occupied relevant positions as Ambassador in Russia, Pakistan and, more recently, Lithuania. Mr. Robles joins the Ambassador of Spain, H.E.
