Drum set blog focusing on Grooves and Patterns, Method Books and Applications, Equipment Reviews and Practice Tips for drum set. | Tim Haley has been a professor of music at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst, NC since 1983. He directed the SCC Jazz Band and taught Applied Percussion, Music Theory, Music Appreciation and Jazz Appreciation. He also served as Department Chair for the Associate in Fine Arts program. In 2008, he received the Sandhills Community College Excellence in Teaching Award and was a finalist for the North Carolina Board of Community Colleges statewide Excellence in Teaching Award.
