Chad Takesue Interim Chief Executive Officer Chad Takesue is the Interim Chief Executive Officer for RESCO, Inc., Locations' parent company. Chad joined Locations in 2005 as a full-time agent and has successfully transitioned into many roles throughout his career at Locations, including Managing Partner, Senior Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President of Property Management and Chief Sales Officer. He earned his Broker's license in 2008 and was made a Partner in the firm in 2012. Chad is also a past president of the Locations Foundation, the non-profit arm of Locations.
