Often drawing from her own personal journey and what she’s learned along the way, she offers a unique approach to strengthening body, mind, and spirit. wellness is a long game. wellness is a long game. In Her Words I grew up in Moncton, New Brunswick, where I had an active childhood. If I wasn’t swimming in the ocean or exploring a rocky cliffside, I was in the ballet studio or running around the track. But the mountains in British Columbia were calling. As soon as I turned 18 years old, I moved to the west coast. It's where I met my partner and had two beautiful children.
