Twelve years chasing better coffee for Malaysian kitchens — ten of them shipping the world’s best roasts in, two roasting them ourselves. This is the long version. Bean Shipper is a specialty coffee roastery in Kuala Lumpur, founded in 2014 by two coffee lovers who couldn’t find the world’s best roasts at home. For ten years we curated and shipped fresh bags from award-winning international roasters to Malaysian doorsteps; in 2024 we lit our own drum. Today we roast around 1,200kg a month entirely
