Hi I’m Alice – I’m a gluten and dairy free food blogger, recipe creator, and cookbook author living just outside London in the UK. I was diagnosed with Coeliac disease over a decade ago and later discovered I was also intolerant to dairy, so I know first hand just how overwhelming navigating a Free From lifestyle can feel in the beginning.
