Kinesiology / About TASK Updated 27th February 2023 Brian H. Butler – my father, was the first to pioneer the teaching and practice of basic Applied Kinesiology in Britain and Europe in 1976. I was around his treatment table as a child, and later assisted in his classes in M.C.P.E. Systematic Kinesiology which he had developed. I grew up in trust, seeing and believing that anything is possible in terms of getting people well, and also the benefits of leading a healthy life. The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK) was founded over forty years ago in 1980 by Brian H. Butler, Stephanie P.L. Mills, and myself.
