Computational biology and genomics | Last updated: 2025/12/04 Hi there! I'm Dave, a computational biologist who is interested in everything! This blog used to be quite vibrant but with the recent turn of events, it's pretty much dead. This blog started off in 2010 as my online notebook while I was completing my PhD and I have been using it to write guides for myself and others. I will probably keep posting on this blog but on topics outside of bioinformatics. I have a blogroll that contains links to some blogs that I find interesting.
