She grew up in a small town north of Toronto, Canada, but knew from her first visit to New York as a teenager that it would one day become her forever home. She received her Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University and Illustration AAS Degree at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She started Travel Write Draw in 2010 as a way to manifest her dream profession of traveling the world and illustrating the journey through a fashion-art lens.
