ABOUT US The Newborn Care Training Academy course instructs and educates individuals on caring for newborns (birth-3 months). The curriculum covers the profession of a newborn care specialist, essential newborn care practices, feeding, nutrition, breastfeeding, managing multiples, special considerations for premature infants, sleep and sleep conditioning, common issues and ailments, the role of a postpartum doula, the care of a postpartum mother, self-care for the newborn care professional, and dealing with bereavement and grief.
