My name's Amy and I'm 30 years old. I began my blog back in 2013; a time when I had recently been diagnosed with anxiety and depression. You can read more about my story, here. The aim of my blog is to provide advice and support to those from my personal experience. More recently, I was diagnosed with OCD in 2023.
