Everything is made from scratch: savories (pizza, calzones, empanadas, crostini, quiche, pot pies), breads (sourdough, challah bagels and more), cakes, cookies, bars, tarts and pies. Our menu changes weekly with seasonal offerings. We use fresh fruits, edible flowers and seasonal vegetables in almost everything we make. We use no chemical dyes and hand-mill much of our own flour. We even make our own vegan cheeses! Violette Bakers is truly a bakery for everyone to enjoy.
