About My name is Lindsay and I am an American girl from the very sunny state of Arizona now living in Leicester, England. I have been vegan since 2014, and am an AFPA certified nutritionist. Since making the change to veganism, I have been on a mission to veganize some of my old favorite foods and share them with you here. I will also share my dining and travel experiences in the hope of helping other vegans. I am also an illustrator and have an online shop with Redbubble.
