I am the granddaughter of Patricia and Simonne. Patricia was a nurse from the age of 20. From her, I got my passion to caretake, support and nurture those around me. Simonne was a strong woman who raised five children, mostly on her own. I inherited her fierce spirit and fiery attitude. I am the daughter of Wendy and Richard. In addition to genetics, my mom has passed on her zest for life and her ability to do multiple things at once, making it look like a breeze. I cherish the love my dad has for me and never miss his “Friday, I love you” phone calls. From him, I am reminded life can be so simple, yet so fulfilling. I am the older sister of M
