Her practice draws us into a sensory connection to place and ecology; using the body as a listening instrument and words and photographs as poetic forms. Jassy’s work has been described as a ‘somatic lensing’ expanding the boundaries between the seen, felt and imagined; offering experiential observations which invite a slowing of rhythm, of collaborative care, and deep modes of attention.
