about me Looking back, I see my life as a variety of journeys : in relationships – over 25 years married, two older teenage boys, close friends, clients, mentors, peers; in career – engineering, corporate life, freelancer, private practice psychotherapist, coach and solopreneur; in health – two MTBIs 2012, managing Lyme disease since 2017, a lifelong interest in wellness; and in personal development for as long as I can remember, but in earnest starting with Naropa in 2007 and starting men’s work in 2015.
