Reaction provides commentary and analysis on politics, business, economics and culture – helping you make sense of the news. Founded in 2016, we publish a website and produce podcasts and reader events with leading authors and thinkers. Reaction is paid for by its subscribers. Reaction is produced by a team based in London and is edited by its founder Iain Martin, political commentator and author. Subscribers receive regular weekly newsletters from Iain Martin and a daily briefing from our editorial team. Our Student Programme provides paid internships and training to the next generation of journalists. The programme is funded by events, dinners and the generous backing of our supporters.
