Our Story We are close friends that felt like we just wanted to cut through all the health and wellness noise. The What How it all started. We're Anna Marie and Krista. Childhood friends, partners in this thing, and — fair warning — relentless optimists about what the human body is capable of. We've known each other long enough to have shared bad haircuts, worse fashion decisions, and some of the best conversations of our lives.
