Our Story How it all started... In the Spring of 1998, four lifelong friends followed the Lord’s calling to share the gospel and disciple Pastors in Nicaragua. Confirmation of God’s path forward occurred when one of the Nicaraguan Pastors said, “We’ve been praying for you to come and teach us”. Project H.O.P.E. (Hear Our Prayers Emmanuel) was formed. However, God had much bigger plans in store. In the fall of 1998, Hurricane Mitch devastated many portions of Nicaragua.
