Amy G. Bearden is a home-grown country girl raised in the small west Texas town of Roaring Springs. She was born in Lubbock, TX and adopted by her loving parents, Judy, and Darrell Woolsey. As a modern-day illustration of 1 Samuel 1:27-28 “for this child we have prayed”, Amy was the answered prayer to her adoptive parents. From the moment she grew in their hearts, Amy was given a wonderful childhood, along with two protective and somewhat ornery brothers. Amy is a wife, mother, and dog lover. She loves nature, being outdoors and the simple things life has to offer.
