Our Story Our Story A resident of Tallahassee since 1984, John Lentz was born in Norfolk, Virginia. As with most military families, John and his family moved around -- living in Ohio, Florida, Switzerland, Italy, and Germany. While traveling to foreign and domestic cities has become a hobby for John either for business or pleasure, he grew roots and raised his family in Wakulla County, Florida. John started in the industry in 1986 with his own office, specializing in employee benefits. The following year he joined North Florida Financial Corporation where he operates his practice, Strategic Wealth Group, LLC, today.
