HELLO, I’M SONJA I’m a life coach, facilitator and NLP practitioner based in the vibrant city of Cape Town, South Africa. I hold space for womxn in midlife (womxn 39 and older) to start prioritising themselves and reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies (aka P*$$Y intuition), so that they can fall in love with who they’re BECOMING . My journey into coaching began in 2019. After over two decades in the business arena, I took the leap to start my own brand in 2017. Then after 2 years of workshop facilitation, I was feeling a deep-seated calling to support womxn on their paths to fulfillment on a more intimate level. I knew coaching was the next step.
