Robert (Rob) Feagan is an author from Fort McPherson, Northwest Territories, in the Canadian Arctic. In his early years Rob grew up in Fort McPherson, Inuvik, and Yellowknife. His father was a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted police who was married while serving in Aklavik, Northwest Territories. Due to the nature of his fathers’ work Rob has had the opportunity to live in and visit every province and territory in Canada. After attending university in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Rob returned to the Arctic and worked for the Government of the Northwest Territories in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Iqaluktuuttiaq (Cambridge Bay), Nunavut, and
