About — Human Kinder Hi, fellow human. I’m Cian. For a decade, I have worked as a psychotherapist and organisational culture change consultant. Psychology is essential, but it only gets us so far towards the life that’s calling us. My coaching draws on ideas and practices from the Soul Alignment Method, founded by my close friend, Myles Treanor. Human Kinder is not a formula.
