About the Ācārya Namaste, dear aspirant! My name is Giovanni Dienstmann, and I’m the person behind this website and the podcast. Spiritual practice has been the main thing in my life since I was 15 years old. Initially I studied and practiced the Western Occult Tradition, for a couple of years; then I moved on to Zen Buddhism, for 3 years; then I adopted Advaita Vedanta as my path, from 2005 to 2014; finally, since 2014 my path has been Yoga and Tantra. (I’ve described my journey a little more in Episode 1 of the podcast).
