Hi. Jeremy Bassetti here. I am a writer, photographer, and educator. View my curriculum vitæ . I did a bulk of my doctoral research at the Royal Academy of History in Madrid, where I studied how historians in the 18th century wrote history. I received my PhD in 2014 and have been Professor of Humanities since 2011. My writing and photographs have appeared in publications like Lonely Planet , Off Assignment , and Condé Nast Traveller .
