JACKIE RITZ THE PALEO MAMA I'm Jackie and welcome to The Paleo Mama. I'm so glad you are here and I hope you enjoy this 7 year journal of my heart and journey into being more healthy and having more joy! My journey into holistic health and wellness started 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child and questioned the things I was putting in (and on) my body. I quickly became an advocate for eating real and traditional foods (like our grandparents ate) and using herbs and essential oils for natural wellness.
