Welcome to Lead with Love, a podcast for those on a journey of self-discovery.
Here, I focus on living with love, embracing freedom, and supporting one another in our spiritual growth. 
I have found it incredibly difficult to heal in a society that is so focused on the mind and body, and I struggled in the early days of my journey to find an anchor to help me break out of my shell and unfold into my true being. 
I now have an urge in me to share my experiences and to keep nudging others and myself towards keeping an open heart and continually recognising the ego wanting to creep into our daily
