Hi, I'm Blue. Like the color Most people remember my name before they remember anything else about me. That is fine with me. What matters more is what people remember after we leave a room together. I believe leadership is built in the small moments. The conversations people almost overlook. The way people feel after an interaction. The consistency of how we show up for others over time. Those moments shape trust, relationships, culture, and whether people choose to stay, leave, buy in, or disconnect. That belief started long before I ever stepped onto a stage.
