WHO WE ARE First Baptist Church is an evangelical church "replant" in Hacienda Heights (18 miles east of downtown Los Angeles). While the church has been around since the 1950's, First Baptist has undertaken to replant itself under new leadership and vision. We are an evangelical church built on the Word of God, the Bible. It is through God's Word that we become “wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ” (2 Tim. 3:15). Our goal here in Hacienda Heights is to display God’s glory in all things, as Jesus taught us. In order to do that, we gather together weekly on Sundays at 10:30am to encourage and equip each other.
