About Us History of Successful Word Church Pastor Roy Hayes is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, directed by Kenneth Hagin Ministries. Pastor Roy began Successful Word Church on Easter Sunday April 4, 1994. Successful Word Church is a non-denominational fellowship where we believe and teach the uncompromised Word of God.
