Who We Are - JPCross Ministries GET CONNECTED Our Team Jai Paul President & Director Jai was born in Bangalore, India, and he also grew up there. He completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering in India and came to the US to pursue a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, he started working in the medical device industry. He also has a Master’s in Applied Mathematics. More recently, he obtained a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He currently serves as a lay pastor at Grace Harbor Church in Providence, RI.
