The Good Place - Good News & Inspiration for the Encore Generation! I established this channel in 2023 after receiving a second breast cancer diagnosis and being laid off from my job. Initially I created episodes about everything that brought me joy - because I desperately needed it. I've worked in TV, radio, and PR most of my adult life, so it was a natural inclination for me to pick up a camera and start recording, not to mention it's a passion and I had loads of recording equipment already at home. Today, I want to focus on bringing YOU hope and joy through encouraging news stories (yes, they DO exist,) wisdom and observations from God's word, and maybe even a few life hacks that I learn along the way. And I'll probably share an occasional health update because cancer still affects my world - but thankfully it doesn't control it.
